RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. We enforce a non-cancellation and non-refundable policy for items sold except for the item of the following condition(s):
(a) the item you received is faulty or damaged.
(b) the item you received does not correspond to the description displayed on our website.

2. If you received any item that fall under 1(a) or 1(b), you must:
(a) contact us at 016-8715709  within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
(b) provide a description of the condition of the item.
(c) provide a picture of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange.

3. We will investigate your claim submission within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your claim submission. If your claim is approved, we will reach out to you to confirm if you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement item. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. 

5. We will not be taking any responsibility for items lost in return transit should a refund or an exchange request is approved.
